Snookered was the first short we worked on writing a sound track as requested and inspired by the director/writer Hamish Scadding..We wrote the sound track to the ideas and specs of what the production team said they wanted for each scene. We then took these ideas and developed them into full pieces of music that worked with the film. For instance we added the comedy voices to the "God on a pool table" (listen below) to help compliment the larger than life comedy punch line for the scene. The deadlines on this film were tight and a quick turn around between edits was required for presentations to the producers, all of which we met. All of the music was written specifically for Snookered on guitar and using the latest PC software and hardware. We have since gone on to work with Bigtank and Hamish for his second short Soul Shutter starring Georgia Taylor, which we like to think reflects the confidence and quality they have in us.
